I don't know how many of you are familiar with Dr. Atkins of the Atkins diet books. He has been preaching for years that high protein and low carbohydrate diets are the way to get thin and live long. His plan has worked great for me. He has clinics across the country with his biggest in the New York area. His division of cardiac health has purchased EECP machines and now calls this method a major breakthrough in cardiac health.

It is happening slow folks. Slow, but sure.
