GEM bailed in ARTT in 4Q last year, selling 2.654mm shares.

XOXO I am particularly interested in. By the end of last year, there really wasn't much institutional interest in WCII, ARTT, or TGNT. If they wanted to own a CLEC, they owned XOXO. And the kind of volume that XOXO trades these days leads me to believe that a lot of them are bailing.

BTW, the only way I know of tracking this is by 13F, so no, I don't know of any more current way of tracking this.
