Carl: Since you and I are sharing predictions, I now see a settlement primarily in RMBS favor between April 5th and 10th. The next ten days is very critical, as final production of documents, depositions, additional visits with the judge to "test the temperature of his wrath" based on what if anything is disclosed or revealed, could prompt powerful settlement energy from either or both sides.
