But the time frame of completely regulated was a time when surplus power generation vs demand existed. Based on retardo environmental policy even a totally regulated industry between now ant then would not necessarily have increased generation to meet demand. Thus I see anecdotal observations on what was and is as not very useful. Rememger out in fruit and nut land the opinion of movie stars who express that they will leave America if the one who said the rapist was the best is declared the loser over and over again, does seem to be the voice of the fruits and nuts that inhabit that land.
