CNBC is spending all this time now talking about how investors should cope with a "bear market" by getting into defensive stocks, et al....Well, I'm not an expert folks but it seems to me that the time to talk about that was a few quarters ago when major trend lines and moving averages were broken. not now. heck, in looking at tech my untrained "analytical eye" is telling me that it's time to start accumulating, if anything.
