Hi Cush, you're right, institutions have always run this show. The best thing you can do is make sure you're on their side. You ever got to this site?: ameritradeindex.com I like to see what the retail guy is doing and they have been buyers nearly everyday all the way down. Even yesterday they bought. When I see this index in a sell mode for a few days, I'll know we are bottoming.
