Thank you Tim for sharing that information with us. My understanding of the present situation is that management really is trying to do whatever it can to bring the stock price up. Unlike many other companies, the management of MIOA is making all the right moves except for their issuance of stock. Their most important move was becoming profitable. As long as they generate more profits than shares of stock, we'll be all right. The alliances that are being formed should contribute substantially to the bottom line. I am told that additional shares would be used to help form strong financially profitable alliances but that new shares would be issued sparingly. If you could find out the maximum number they plan to issue this year then we might discover whether we have cause for real concern. My broker insists that this company does not plan to issue as many shares as it is asking for authorization to issue. Apparently they are sensitive to this issue. Confirmation of this fact would go a long way toward easing our trepidations.
