"Hop the border to NV" My parents in law are doing so right now. It's worthy of consideration, and I know they sure want us to. I have looked at listings for property but have not actually went to look. Don't have any desire to live on a golf course (which the in-laws are doing and will love), and have no desire to live in Reno or LV. Wouldn't mind a riverfront ranch on the Walker. Problem is I don't know how to ranch. Not to late to learn though.
