Good point Steve, however why not take your profits off the table instead of trying to pick a bottom? True, you might leave a few dollars behind but it is better to be safe than aggressive in this highly competetive field.

It is never to late to buy USRX to qualify for 1.75 COMS shares so long as USRX is open for trading and the merger is completed. The main thing to consider is the spread between the two at all times in making a decision on which to buy. For example as of Friday's close:

USRX 80 9/16 / 1.75 = 46.03

COMS 46 5/16 x 1.75 = 81.04

One would have fared slightly better had they purchased USRX on Friday. In fact, over the past couple of weeks USRX has consistently been priced a bit better than COMS but you can be sure the MM's will not let the spread drift too far apart.

By this time next year if all goes well, one could very well see COMS over the century mark.

GO COMS !!!
