I wouldn't touch the semi equipment makers here with a ten foot pole. As some have noted, there is a HUGE difference between the chip makers and the chip equipment makers. Chip makers can somewhat effect changes to their markets by altering production. Chip equipment makers are totally at the mercy of the chip makers. With the new 300 mm wafers it is going to be a long time before additional capacity is needed, especially given that today's PC's are plenty fast for most people.
