Is the Nasdaq bear dead ? Has NHC bottomed ??
Historically, after the Fed has reduced the discount rate 3 consecutive times by 50 basis points, the stock market has always gone up. Based on this, IMO, we have now entered a new bull market (and this is no bull, smile).

I think it is time to start accumulating NHC.
