Elmer, RE:"One of the big differences between Droids and Intelabees is that the latter don't need AMD to do poorly to feel good. It is enough if Intel is doing well" "Exactly! Seems to me that the main difference is that Intelabees didn't have to wish AMD to do badly. That was a foregone conclusion. Intelabees grew lazy and smug. AMD is doing better now with the Athlon (despite the delays)and Intel has mucked up a bit with the likes of Rambus and the P4 and the market has lowered the playing field all around. To the point that what's good for one is often good for the other...and moving Up, even in tandem is very good.<G> Jim
