Paul, thanks very much for the timely article. I had made a mental note to look for the book-to-bill announcement tonight. As I recalled, in the last semi down cycle back in 95-96, the btb bottomed out at 0.8. It's 0.77 last month and will most likely trend down for another few months. INTC CEO's comments today and AMAT CFO yesterday are saying the slow down is lasting longer than previously thought, and visibility is poor.
