I think if you do a little checking you'll find that W is one of the 3 most environmental-friendly presidents of all time & that your perspective is a little warped by the limited experience and research you've done.(though I must admit there's little to go by right now.)

Out of curiosity, since Clinton signed on the line in '97', what *ACTUAL* efforts did he take after adding his 'John Hancock'?

I'd have respected him more if he'd actually tried to promote conservation(decreasing carbon dioxide emissions) as opposed to signing documents.

Please feel free to point out *ACTUAL* efforts as opposed to *PAPERWORK*.
