Fun rumor on SUNW employee review policy from FuckedCompany.com: "New review process implemented at Sun Microsystems: Each manager has to give 20% of their staff an "excellent" rating, 70% an "average" rating, and 10% an "underperforming" rating. Rumor has it those 10% will be fired. Seems like a sneaky way to layoff 10% and possibly to get around paying severance."
