Most lawsuits are settled. MP3 is working with the industry. In fact, my analysis is that they might front cash to use MP3 as a vehicle.

Technically the stock shows a lot of strength in this weak market - holding at 2 3/8-2 1/2 on good volume.
negative is overpriced in. Only positive surprises IMO.
