and shorters hate flat--the shorters themselves will and do buy up NASD so they can take it out down again.one need only go short each rally to make money,imo.max p.s. but i suspect todays rally is the end of this "rally" as that book to bill should kill semis rally,and that is what was pushing NASD up today in the main.
