Most assuredly a for profit venture would bid as far above cost as the market would bear. What am I missing - I know - charity. These companies are charities - not for profit ventures. Oh yeah - California would be begging to bail these charities out if they were loosing money - right? What a joke - send the bill to the Sierra Club and slck! Bob
