I don't know... been trying to find the answer, if I got a chance to get on CNBC, I will try to announce my questions on the wall street criminals... and ask publicly why don't SEC do something to explain the difference? In addition, I will say I have first hand info about the crime....if SEC still doesn't even try to contact me... then I can conclude that SEC helps to scam investors too LOL... hey, that guy is the mutual fund pro... he must be right LOL... and he didn't call it at 5000, figured he had lost tons of customers. Now it's the marketing time to fire up the PR machine???? Bernard
