Carl, I worked at one company, and about 3 months after I left, they got in contact with me because they had lost the last copy of some stuff I'd designed there. They thought that there was some chance I'd taken a copy with me. Interesting dilemma. Do you try and help them out only to disclose that you have broken your termination agreement to destroy all confidential information that you might have had in your possession? John
