The way I trade is all in my post. No stock is being shorted by me. Purly Options. Take a look at the post that I've been placing since January. CIEN, BRCD, BRCM, SCMR. Rarely do I buy any options in which expiry is less than 3 months out. The stocks listed above I was buying Mays in January. look at the charts! I believe they tell the story. Sure you erode a little on the UP days, but those puts are so far in the money, who cares... Just ride the wave. During the last 2 expirations I been writing on the same stock options, although a bit hairey, but pocketing some nice premiums, as the bulls calls expire WORTHLESS!
Ike on your 3rd point it was still a 100 point loss yestrday, Naz was strong all day, but look at the options on those stocks 5 point loss, at the most. so what!
