ACT, Corinth had the Efficient Networks business. In fact, EFNT gave ACT $50 million to set up a line. As of Jan. ACT had proceeded to burn thru the money so fast, that they had run out and couldn't pay their bills. They did get some money this spring from EFNT but not sure what will happen now that Seimens has purchased EFNT. I would consider ACTM a short before going long.
