I don't really think that matters, but if you must know...I got a degree in Political Science from Syracuse and a Masters of Economics from the New School for Social Research in NYC. The latter is a well known school for left wing academicians...save Franco Modigliani, their most prominent right of centre alum. I, however, was one of the very few who eschewed the economics they tried to support, even to the end (I was attending as the centrally planned economies fell). However, the best way to learn the trade is to learn it from those you disagree with, because you benefit from their mistakes rather than gain pomposity from the hubris of those who you agree with. It was a wonderful experience.
