We'll see if your 1750 NDX line contains. Should know shortly.

I've been trying to generate some discussion on deflation, but no one has seemed to take much interest in that possibility. We are seeing lots of signs of it. Falling stocks, falling interest rates, flat to falling commodities.

Anecdotally- I noticed the house across the street from me is now on the market at a list price that is 7-8% lower than a very similar one that just sold about a month or so (located right around the corner). I have not seen anything like that occur before in this area. It could be that the owner is simply ignorant on it's value- but who knows?

Deflation is rare and fleeting in a fiat money world, but can be quite painful when it strikes..
