re: the dotcom blowup...... It is absolutely good in the long run, MSFT has been hiring back many employees that had left in search of the dotcom goldrush. One of the astounding results of this crash though, is the number of MSFT employees that are in trouble financially due to borrowing against their options packages that are now deep underwater..Those are microissues overall, I agree this shakeout will leave MSFT in a stronger position. While other companies cannot find capital, MSFT has plenty to work with. MSFT is showing great strength here in the low 50's
