Joseph, Excellent summation of the problem.

I know of no other 'profession' where the professionals could behave so irresponsibly without severe legal and liscensure consequences. Do you?

If your CPA advised the way these professionals do, you'd sue for damages.

If your lawyer advised in this manner, you'd sue as well.

When are the finance guru's who hold themselves out as professionals going to be held responsible for their advice?

The public is waiting....................
