The book value for this stock is around $20 per share. Also, remember that for oil stocks cash flow is more important than earnings. The company has made a lot of good moves lately, restructuring, agressive exploration, etc., which explains why earnings are still bad but cash flow is good. Long term, the outlook is good. I think that longer term you will see the earnings improve as well.
