Doug I was reading John Murph book about Sector rotation
and :

Early Expansion: Transp and Tech
Middle Expansion: Services Capital and Goods
Late Expansion: Energy

Early Contraction: Consumer Staples
Late Contraction: Utilities, Financial and Consumer cyclical

IMO: We are now at Late Contraction mode and going to
early expansion but as soon people realize that we are still in Contraction we come back to Late Contraction.

From TheStreet.com article Bonds and Insurance could be Financial sector. If I'm wrong about that let me know

Regards
