Thanks for that Time cover brief. It's certainly not worthless. It means we are well into the 'recognition phase' of the bear market. That would be another confirmation that we are into phase 3 of 3 down. That doesn't mean we should try and catch a falling knife, but it does mean we should probably start looking for long candidates rather than short ones.
