David-when you did your research, I hope you discovered that this company had a previous life as Tripoint Medical. I was in on the IPO and was really disappointed by its lack of performance. Realistically, I thought the Vietnam-tested "crazy glue sutures" were a great a product. I may have been a little too impatient but I would advise rechecking some of your research.

If you would like to email me your address, I might be able to send you the opriginal IPO prospectus that you could compare to the new offering prospectus. I might even have a few SANDS BROS research comments to share with you if you would like.
