I dunno, when Reuters talks up the markets, my gut feeling is to watch out. Newsweak puts bulls in wedding gowns on their cover at market tops, and headlines of Crash! at market bottoms. How are quotes from experts that markets are "set to soar" different from when an expert stated that "stocks have reached what appears to be a permanently high plateau," back in early 1929?
