It just seems silly that they would maintain a stong buy on a stock that they expect to drop 25%. Common sense would dictate that they reduce their rating to a hold. If CSCO does warn, and the stock does drop 25%, will they still maintain a strong buy?????? 90 Mil shares traded already, could top 200 Mil by close.
