In that post, you illustrated one of the terrific things about the sport, from the fan's perspective: we can see the same facts and both attribute them to, or hypothesize their results, in diametrically opposing ways.
You make some good points.
Does Oscar, as many preening, self-conscious people, have nagging self-doubt after his two recently losses?
Is he now expecting, without fail, that Gatti's face will split like a honeydew after his first shot? What if it doesn't?
Will the anger of being underrated and dismissed galvanize Gatti to brilliance against the two-time, consecutive loser?
I'm still with DLH, and I like Gatti, but I'm thinking DLH in the 7th by stoppage, down from my earlier call of the 9th.
