Tom...If you get a chance over the weekend, take a look at BVEW. Mr Pink and his investment vehicle have filed a 13D with the SEC. Here is part of a letter Pink wrote to BVEW CEO: messages.yahoo.com The whole matter is covered in various posts on today's BVEW Yahoo chat board. It is an absolute stitch. Essentially, Pink and group are activist shareholders looking to enhance shareholder value and after doing some preliminary DD, I believe this will become a serious investment for me starting next week. At the very least, BVEW management will be forced to start running the company as a business. I think it is the proverbial "layup". roger
