Allan: Drat..... Blood is thicker than water. Sigh. Ok, you can have it, but there are rules here that you might not be used to, to wit: - no sleeping on the mattress with muddy boots still on feet. Leave them at the entrance, please. - no women after 10:30 p.m. in box (recall Ice's comments of a day or two ago). - no eating off box surface, either internal or external, especially salted cod sandwiches. Cod liver oil to be taken OUTDOORS. - I understand you raise sheep as a hobby. They are to be grazed on the OTHER side of the river. Sheep are not to be provided access to the box, even during inclement weather. - No slaughtering of hunted game within the box. - Trees in the area are not to be cut down for firewood. - Passers-by are not to be intimidated, shaken down or pan-handled. Activities of this sort are to be conducted well clear of this fine neighbourhood. I will send you a copy of the rental agreement which should be perused, signed and returned, together with a cheque,...... no, make that your credit card number to cover the first 6 months.
