Yes, next time one should remember that an approvement
by the AGM to buy back shares usually is followed by
a press release to buy back shares.
(finnish law demands share holder approval and
advance notice as well as some post-buy-back
accounting)

So now the happy days of daytrading might be less
happy, stock manipulation won't be that easy and
nice anymore.

One reason now might be the employee options,
according to finnish tax laws the smartest thing is
to sell the options immediately, pay the income taxes
and invest the rest to later on pay captial gain
taxes.

P.S. Buy backs,IMO, stabilize the market to keep the
manipulators, momentum players and day traders away.
(if the company sits on a lot of cash, if not, it
might be the other way around, help some major
shareholder to get out, all in IMHO)
