As for the rest. I have not seen any public announcement of intel's plans for 0.13u proliferation, so I think that information would fall under the category of "Company Confidential". I got the FAB numbers and the .13um time line right off the Intel web site. I just don't know what number goes with what location and which sites are upgrades vs. brand new fabs. Can you help??
