Interesting news release on CIBC inquiry using the Freedom of Information Act. Four complaints in June, 1999. Company says it was never notified of an investigation. It looks like the Barron's article was right only in a very limited sense. Today's capitulation selling in that light seems pretty extreme. I'd expect some short-covering on Monday.
