Okay---so a big fish will buy out. Then what does that imply------ordinary stockholders sharing in the buying out or being left in the stream waiting.

Too often the common stockholder does not share in buyouts, particularly if the company goes bankrupt before the buyout occurs. Some of us on SI have seen this happen in other stocks.

I am not implying anything for IMAT----just posing some questions.
