I am not sure I understand the inquiry
That's good, because there was no inquiry. I asked no questions, require no information. :)
I was merely addressing your assertion that "NO MARKET IMPACT" (caps, I assume, placed for positive emphasis) via the eVWAP system or others like it is:
(a) according to some observers (which, again, I disagree with), not possible; and,
(b) in the experience of thousands of professional traders -myself included - not, if possible, a necessarily positive outcome. Market impact, minimized, is a desired attribute in stock selection.
But, again: overall, IMO it's a compelling concept, and to the extent that it doesn't surpass a certain share volume threshold (or overall trading volume percentage in a given issue) and inasmuch as buysiders accept passive approaches to VWAP trading - it sounds great.
I'll tell you one thing, for sure: it could certainly serve to free up sellside traders handling riskier, more complex trades.
