Let us spend our energies on the "CNBC-critique" board making programming suggestions (ie. more Fleck, less humor on Squawk, can you ask this question Ted, Ron is always bearish, you're playing stupid commercials, what about gold, etc.), rather than criticizing other people's judgement calls.
How dare you proclaim that Wall Street analysts are libel for not being correct! Guess what BWAC, for each trial, lawyers on one side are going to lose. Is that legal malpractice?
CNBC has made significant progress in the last 6 months in terms of posting performance of the guests previous picks. In the future, lets convince them to start every discussion with recommendations on THOSE stocks (ie. do I sell your previous rec. to raise cash for your current rec.?). We will get nowhere complaining that CNBC had an analyst on last week who was wrong on a stock.
Let me give some advice to those who unfortunately seem to comprise the majority of the posters on this thread. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
