I'm not sure if we have seen the turn in networking/telco yet. There is still much to happen...that will happen. I believe it will be a function of when the equipment buyers have cash to spend. I would still not be surprised at some alternate sources of cash to come into play...people who want to encroach on the incumbant SP's markets.

And, the SPs need to realize that they can actually charge for the services that they provide.
