BTW, was watching the movie "Rogue Trader" (story about Nick Leeson, the guy who did in Barings by losing a fortune in Asian currencies in 1995). The event that finally did him in was the Kobe earthquake; he was Clown long Nikkei futures going into it. You'd probably enjoy the movie if you haven't seen it yet.
