Shows what happens when articles are taken out of context.

The actual article says:

"The stock of the Iomega Corporation rose yesterday as another takeover rumor cropped up, this time involving the Hewlett-Packard Company as a possible buyer. But company officials have said they want Iomega, which makes several popular types of computer data-storage drives, to remain independent."

Clearly, this is referring-to *Iomega* company officials.

PC Magazine twisted this into:

"HP officials have said they want Iomega but would like it to remain independent."

which is 180 degrees from what the NY Times article said.

I appreciate your effort in looking this up!
