TTW - JVBIG RE:REINSTALL Boy, I started to read the info that you posted and my eyes glossed over. Question: can I use a Start Up floppy from another Dell computer? Wouldn't that be easier? (My darling wife has a new Dell at her office.) jvbig, if I were you, I wouldn't hesitate to get a Dell. I think my problem was attempting to do too much at one time. It's been a perfect machine for over two years. And because I bought a three-year service contract, the new HD cost me nothing and installation was free. BTW, I've ordered another 256 megs of memory - that will help.
