The phoenix I am not calling a bottom either , however I just read TA who follows the Arms Index 10-day moving average say that over the past forty years the indicator has correctly called a market bottom within 3-weeks of a signal on twelve out of thirteen occassions. Apparently the Arms Index calculates just how much buying or selling is needed to move the markets one way or the other .I think this maybe worth looking into a bit more? mj
