Why is this a hotmail address and not a "xxx@taltrade" or some other e-mail address from one of the related Townsend firms? Please don't take offense at this but just as you don't want spam - I too am leery of sending a request to an unknown e-mail address that doesn't seem to have a close association with the information that's supposed to be supplied. Perhaps I'm being overly cautious but I don't want to risk getting more spam either. An explaination would be helpful or info from other SI members that their request for the info has returned them with the information you've said is available.
