Hi Shack,

Once the fear starts to settle down, the greenback should weaken somewhat. The positive side of the equation, as far as I'm concerned, is that Japanese and European governments are so fat that they are basically where NA was in 1990. There's a lot of room for improvement and a lot of room for the resultant consumption as that public spending goes instead to the far more beneficial (for the economy) private spending. A big part of the 90's NA boom has to be due to shrinking government; IF the others can get that message, then we might see a nice steady uptrend in consumption in those parts of the world. I admit that it's a big IF, as history has shown.

Cush,

While you're charting indexes would you mind doing one of the S&P500; I expect it to be conflicted as its various components head in different directions but it could give a good sense of the turmoil out there and potential rotations we might see in the next while.

Thanks. Rob
