PMS...I went to the startup tab you suggested and eliminated all but Explorer and Systray. Restated but then couldn't see my Memory Load Sensor in SystemWorks. So I went back and added all the Norton related programs and now the Memory Usage sits at 89% while looking at this response. Better than 100% I guess. Norton must really use up a lot of memory with all the sensors monitoring everything. H Peterson
