Sorry, my post was probably a little bit confusing. I meant that Power Now 2.0 can change the frequency in steps down to 1 MHz according to the data from the presentation. If there's need for rapid change (e.g. starting a DVD video after doing virtually nothing), it will change the frequency accordingly. If you look at the picture I posted, you can see these rapid changes in the CPU speed section of the window.
